The Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center is thrilled to announce our 35th Annual Walk Against Domestic Violence. Walk with us as we advocate for change and raise awareness of domestic violence.
This is one of the Center’s largest fundraisers of the year. Proceeds from this event allow us to provide free and confidential programs and services to 16 local communities.
Ways you can make an impact:
Each year, community members gather at Newburyport’s Waterfront Park to walk a scenic 3-mile route in honor of victims and survivors of domestic violence. We also gather in celebration of the hope and healing found by survivors through our collective support.
This is a family-friendly (and dog-friendly!) event with music, food, kids’ activities and a meaningful opportunity to hear from people we serve.
