Together, we face unprecedented circumstances that none of us could have imagined just a few months ago. Your safety and the safety of our community are of the utmost importance to us as an organization.

This is exactly why we are transitioning our 29th Annual Walk Against Domestic Violence to a virtual event. We are still going to make a powerful impact for survivors of domestic violence, who need our support now more than ever. In order to accomplish our financial goals, we need your commitment!

Thank you to everyone who attended our Virtual Kickoff on October 4th! Did you miss our Virtual Kickoff? Check out the recording here!

We are encouraging participants to walk our traditional Newburyport route, a new Amesbury route, or a walk you feel personally connected to, in a safe, masked and socially-distanced manner.

Our annual Walk Against Domestic Violence is one of our Center’s largest fundraisers of the year. Proceeds from this event allow us to continue to provide an extensive array of programs and services to 16 local communities such as:

• 24-hour emergency hotline
• Crisis counseling for adults and children
• Art therapy
• Court advocacy
• Legal representation
• Emergency and transitional housing
• Homicide reduction
